Mental health challenges keep us from enjoying the beauty of life because our sights become focused on what is not working well, and our problems are thus magnified. It will help you become grounded again, allowing you to take control of your life. My name is Kalisha Beard and I am excited to begin this journey with you.
Individual Therapy
The client is seen weekly, for a one to one session with therapist. These sessions will focus on supporting the client with meeting identified treatment goals. Sessions typically take place in the office setting. However, therapist can travel to settings that the client considers to be more therapeutic (i.e. beach, home) for an additional fee.
Family Therapy
Therapist will meet with the family to support them with meeting identified goals for treatment.
Collateral Sessions
Therapist will meet with the client’s support system, with consent of client, to gain additional information concerning the client’s progress with goals for treatment. These sessions can be held over the phone.
